For Pennsylvanian, car enthusiast John Vara, his 2015 Corvette C7 Z06 is far more than just a weekend ride—it’s a celebration of power, style, and personal expression.

With its aggressive distinct lines, velocity yellow finish, and the title of “Highest horsepower Corvette Ever,” this car has always turned heads during his summer drives, drawing endless photos and conversations wherever he goes.

Recently, John elevated his C7 Z06’s presence to new heights with a set of custom RVRN MC-35 wheels, and the transformation is nothing short of striking.

Q: What first drew you to [2015 Corvette C7 Z06]? Was there a specific moment or memory that made you decide this was the car for you?

Magazine front page article, Highest horsepower Corvette Ever and in Velocity Yellow my favorite. The distinct aggressive lines, the new look, handling and power.

Q: How does [2015 Corvette C7 Z06] fit into your lifestyle—whether it’s for business, weekend drives, or special occasions? Can you share a memorable scenario where it stood out?

Summer and weekend drives bought in Pennsylvania. Everywhere I went, people took pictures and talked to me, making trips longer than anticipated.

Q: Before RVRN, what were your expectations for your car’s wheels? Did you face any frustrations with previous wheel brands?

The stock wheels looked great but were prone to bending and cracking, I figured when they cracked I would get new wheels. Always wanted new wheels for the look and easier to clean.

Q: How did you first learn about RVRN? What made you consider us over other wheel brands?

Looked at other brands over the years but nothing stood out, then doing low dust brakes on a friends C8 Z06, the spokes were open and barrels were deep. I came home and that afternoon RVRN wheels popped on my phone I believe Facebook.

Q: When selecting your RVRN wheels, which detail (design, material, finish, or performance promise) caught your eye first? Why did that matter to you?

I love the simplicity of a 5 spoke wheel, but wanted Forged, easy to clean, gloss black to match the aggressive styling of my Corvette, then saw the MC-35, Gloss Black, 5 spoke, sharp edges on the spokes, with that twisted in motion look and I was sold!

Q: Did you have any custom requests for your wheels? How did our team collaborate with you to bring that vision to life?
