What Makes a 2-Piece Forged Wheel Different?
2-piece construction gives custom builds another level of flexibility. These are the key considerations when deciding whether it is right for your vehicle.
What is a 2-piece forged wheel?
A 2-piece forged wheel is constructed from two primary sections, allowing the wheel to be configured with greater flexibility in its dimensions and overall design. RVRN 2-piece wheels use forged aluminum construction and are made to order around the intended application.
Why choose a 2-piece forged wheel instead of a 1-piece wheel?
A 2-piece configuration can provide additional flexibility when developing wheel dimensions, fitment and visual proportions. It can be a useful choice when a build requires more configuration freedom than a standard monoblock setup.
Does a 2-piece wheel offer more fitment flexibility?
It can. The construction allows greater flexibility when developing dimensions such as width and offset, which can be useful for vehicles with specific fitment requirements or more aggressive stances. The actual available configuration depends on the wheel design and vehicle.
Can I customize the lip and finish on a 2-piece forged wheel?
