RVRN's parent company has 17 years of experience in OEM forged wheels and supplies for many top well-known brands. As the whole industry chain of forging manufacturer, a small team of engineers was in the midst of this constantly thinking about what they could do for car enthusiasts...They had grown disillusioned with the poor construction and selection of aftermarket wheels. With engineers' eyes for skillful design, what if, they wondered, they could not only offer quality aftermarket wheels to car enthusiasts, but involve them in the process of designing the wheels as well? What if they could help them create their idea of the perfect wheel? ... This was the birth of RVRN Custom Forged Wheels.

Senior Engineers

RVRN has 15 senior engineers with more than 10 years experience to render 3D models of your concept to aid the visualization process, and tweak it based on your feedback until it looks exactly how you imagined it. Each set of wheels is designed with speciﬁc weight reduction strategies in mind, such as spoke hollowing and weight reduction pocketing. Concavity or dish depth is optimized as per client's request. Brake clearance will also be verified to make sure mounting the wheels will be hassle-free.

HOW TO ORDER

STEP1: Finalize Your Wheel Design And Place The Order

Choose the wheel design, finish, and determine the size based on our wheel catalog and info above. Thenc you can place your order independently through our website following easy steps. We provide finance through Paypal Credit, up to 24 monthly installments

STEP2: Finalize Engineering Drawing

After confirming your order details, it will be forwarded to the RVRN Engineer Department for the final engineering drawings. You can see the final drawings and renderings based on the shapes, colors, and sizes that you have selected. The process is expected to take 1-3 days business days.

STEP3: Production

3 weeks for 1-piece forged wheels 4 weeks for 2-piece forged wheels. Note:An additional 2-3 days of production time is required for Polished/brushed finishes An additional 15 days of production time is required for chrome finish.

STEP4: Ready For Ship

The wheels will be photographed for confirmation before shipment. The standard shipping time for RVRN Custom Forged Wheel Series is 3 weeks. For Express shipping (7-10 days), an additional $200-$400 will be required.

Payment

First, we’d like to thank you for your interest and inquiry with RVRN Custom Forged wheels. While there are many variables involved, we strive to make our ordering process as simple as possible for each and every customer.

A 50% deposit is required to start production. Remainder of payment before shipment.

Can I pick what concavity and lip size I want?

Concavity and/or lip size is determined by the final width and offset of your wheels as well as the brake clearance needed for the brakes that are on your vehicle. This can somewhat vary between monoblock and modular construction and/or series but is something that will be discussed upon placing your order.
