1. Lightweight and Performance-Driven Design

The owner of this 1999 Viper had a clear vision in mind: they wanted wheels that would enhance performance without compromising on the car's iconic look. With a focus on lightweight construction and a desire for an aggressive stance, we opted for a fully forged, one-piece wheel design. Forged wheels are known for their strength-to-weight ratio, offering superior performance by reducing unsprung weight. This, in turn, helps improve handling, acceleration, and overall driving dynamics.

For a high-performance car like the Viper, reducing weight is crucial. The custom Viper rims we created are not only lightweight but also engineered to handle the intense forces a performance car like the Viper can generate. This means better handling, sharper cornering, and faster lap times—everything a serious driver demands.

2. Concave Design with Perfect Fitment

One of the challenges with custom wheels for a vehicle like the Viper is getting the fitment just right. The owner wanted to achieve the most concave look possible without going beyond the limits of the car's fenders. This meant adjusting the ET (offset) carefully to ensure the wheels sat perfectly within the wheel wells while achieving the desired concave effect.

Our team of engineers worked closely with the customer to modify the wheel’s offset to ensure the rims wouldn’t extend past the fenders. By fine-tuning the ET within the permissible range, we were able to achieve the perfect balance of aesthetics and performance. The result is a set of Viper rims that not only look stunning but are also perfectly aligned with the car's suspension and handling characteristics.
