This would give the Dodge Viper a bold, striking look, with an emphasis on the wheels’ depth and the wheel lips. After careful consultation, our client selected our popular RV-DR08D series for this custom project—a two-piece deep dish structure that delivers both style and function.

1. The Challenge of Deep Concave Rims

Creating deep concave rims is a unique challenge in the wheel design process. Typically, the deeper the concave shape of the rim, the more the wheel’s profile shifts towards a flatter appearance around the lip. For this project, the client wanted to achieve the deepest concave possible without sacrificing the bold visual impact of the lip itself.

It’s important to note that achieving a deep concave design often means that the lip of the wheel won’t appear as pronounced as it might in a shallower concave design. This is a trade-off that our client was willing to make for the sake of an intense, sculptural effect.

2. Custom Viper Wheel Design: Angles, Edges, and Aggression

One of the most striking features of this custom Viper wheel set is the wheel spoke design. Unlike many standard wheel designs that favor smooth, flowing curves, the owner requested a more angular approach.
