Leading FSW Technology
Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is a solid-state joining process that uses a non-consumable tool to mix two pieces of metal together, creating a high-strength joint with good fatigue resistance. FSW is often used for high-end forged wheels because of its high strength and fatigue resistance, while also creating a smooth and even finish. In this process, a rotating tool is plunged into the joint line between two pieces of work material, creating a friction between them and generating heat. The high temperature causes the material to soften and mix together, while the tool's pin stirs the material together, creating a strong and homogenous joint. FSW is a reliable and cost-effective process for joining high-end forged wheels, and can be used to create complex geometries with tight tolerances.

STEP6: Quality Control
RVRN quality control team confirms every critical dimension according to detailed engineering schematics. After ensuring that the products pass the three internal tests, the products will be sent to the RVRN laboratory for testing and certification as required. Each RVRN Hyrid Forged Wheel meets the world’s highest standards in the industry.
STEP7: Finishing
After machining, the wheel is ready for a finishing process. All wheels are held to the highest standards of finish quality. We adopt a specialized powder that is electrostatically applied to the wheel and then cured in an oven. This creates a tough, durable finish that is resistant to scratches and fading which provides superior protection and an attractive finish to forged wheels.
