SEE WHAT CUSTOMREALLY MEANS.

NOT CUSTOMIZED AFTER. DEFINED BY YOU FROM THE START.

Typical customization starts with a finished wheel and preset options. RVRN starts with your direction.

Extreme engineering projects

Our Limit is Engineering. Not a Catalog

Most wheel companies begin with a fixed size chart. RVRN engineers each specification around the vehicle. If it can be responsibly forged, RVRN is equipped to pursue it.

Beyond the Available Blank.

No standard center blank could support the required 22-inch negative-offset fitment. RVRN sourced an oversized aluminum billet and custom-machined the center for this two-piece build.

A Two-Piece Answer to a Three-Piece Spec.

A 20 × 14 rear wheel at ET−102.4 would typically require a three-piece construction. After developing an increasing number of classic-car fitments, RVRN created a dedicated forged blank that made this extreme negative-offset specification possible as a two-piece wheel.

Beyond the Standard Lip Limit.

The customer wanted a rear lip beyond what standard two- and three-piece blanks could support. A two-piece build was limited to 3.5 inches, while an in-stock three-piece setup could reach 5 inches. RVRN commissioned a fully tailored three-piece blank, requiring 2–3 months of development, to achieve a 5.75-inch rear lip—the maximum supported by the final blank.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

Defined by You. Engineered Around the Vehicle.

At RVRN, construction, design, depth, fitment, finish, and personal details are developed together—not selected separately from a preset catalog.
DIRECTION
01 · Your Direction Becomes the Brief

DIRECTION

Start with an RVRN design or an original idea. Your vehicle, intended stance, construction, size, depth, finish, and personal details are documented by an RVRN Wheel Specialist.

02 · The Designer Shapes the Wheel

DESIGN

Spoke geometry, center proportion, concavity, lip depth, face position, hardware, and personal elements are developed as one complete design.

03 · Fitment Is Engineered Around the Vehicle

ENGINEERING

Width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, brake clearance, suspension space, and tire compatibility are evaluated for the specific vehicle.

04 · Construction Is Matched to the Goal

CONSTRUCTION

Monoblock, 2-piece or 3-piece construction, forged blank selection, face position, attainable depth, and load requirements are evaluated together.

05 · You Review and Refine the Design

OWNER REVIEW

You receive the 2D engineering drawing and 3D model. Design details and specifications are refined before final confirmation.

06 · The Approved Design Becomes the Build

PRODUCTION

Once confirmed, the wheel geometry, dimensions, finish zones, hardware, center cap, and engraving become the production specification.
