Develop the Design
RVRN turns the initial direction into a manufacturable wheel design. Spoke proportions, concavity, profile, machining details and visual balance are refined around the build.

Engineer the Fitment
The design is developed around the actual vehicle. Diameter, width, offset, center bore, bolt pattern, brake clearance and final stance are reviewed before production.

Forge & Machine
Once the design is approved, the wheel moves into production. Forged 6061-T6 aluminum is shaped through forging and precision CNC machining to create the final geometry.

Engineering a Signature: The 2024 Corvette C8 Z51 Project
A one-of-one forged wheel developed around the 2024 Corvette C8 Z51's performance requirements, distinctive fitment and the owner's personal identity.
CLIENT VISION
The client wanted a custom forged wheel that felt personal to the 2024 Corvette C8 Z51 without compromising the vehicle's performance, factory brake clearance or staggered fitment.
THE PROJECT
The design centered around the RB-01 platform, reworked with custom KD lettering integrated between the spokes. The goal was to make the lettering part of the wheel's visual architecture rather than an added graphic element.
Turning Personal Identity Into Wheel Geometry
The custom KD lettering was integrated between the spokes of the RB-01 rather than applied as a surface graphic. This required the design team to consider the lettering's placement, surrounding spoke geometry and overall visual balance while retaining a clean, performance-oriented appearance.
Built Around the C8 Z51 Setup
The wheel was developed around the vehicle's staggered configuration and factory brake package. Front and rear dimensions were specified independently to achieve the intended stance while maintaining the required brake clearance and vehicle-specific fitment.

A Finish Built Around the Design
RVRN Red was applied across the barrel and face, while the windows and inner lip were finished in Gloss Black. Black screws complete the two-tone specification, giving the custom lettering and spoke architecture a stronger visual contrast.

The finished specification combines a forged 2-piece construction with vehicle-specific sizing, fitment and finish details developed for this individual C8 Z51 project.

RM-01: A Bespoke Forged Wheel for the Maserati GranTurismo
A custom 2-piece forged wheel developed for a 2015 Maserati GranTurismo MC Centennial, combining deep-dish proportions with a highly personalized color and detail specification.
THE DESIGN DIRECTION
The RM-01 project was developed around the character of the Maserati GranTurismo MC Centennial, with a deep-dish 2-piece configuration and a deliberately contrasting finish.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The design direction evolved from the T081 platform, with the spoke proportions and visual details reworked to create a more distinctive appearance for the GranTurismo.
Developed Around the GranTurismo
The wheel was configured specifically for the 2015 Maserati GranTurismo MC Centennial, using different front and rear dimensions to create the intended staggered setup.

Built for a Stronger Visual Profile
The RM-01's 2-piece construction and deep-dish profile give the GranTurismo a more pronounced wheel presence, while the staggered sizing keeps the proportions aligned with the vehicle.
Color Becomes Part of the Design
Purple spokes, a Yellow Trident and Yellow lip create the defining visual contrast of this build. Chrome screws add a bright mechanical detail that reinforces the 2-piece construction.
A Fully Personalized RM-01 Configuration
Rather than treating finish as an afterthought, the color combination, lip, hardware and staggered dimensions were specified together to create a cohesive wheel-to-vehicle design.
